How We Charge for Notary Services

Our fee is $10 per notarial act (per signature, travel fee needs to be recalculated), not per page. This means if your document requires multiple signatures — for example, two people signing the same document — the total would be $20 ($10 per person).

This flat rate applies regardless of document length, whether it's a single page or 50 pages. We verify identity, witness the signature, and apply the official notary seal — the number of pages does not affect the fee.

Additional fees:

• Travel: Not included in the $10 base fee. Travel fees are calculated based on distance and quoted before the appointment.

• Example:

• One person signing a 10-page document → $10

• Two people signing a 10-page document → $20

• Three people signing a 10-page document → $30
