Lazy Genius Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.) – 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International – 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs inspections.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Lazy Genius is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@lazygeniusofficial.com so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email info@lazygeniusofficial.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and offer a suitable resolution or replacement.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

If an item is on pre-order or back-order, the expected shipping date will appear on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
